Our Heater Plenum Chamber is made of high temperature injection molded ABS plastic with insulated metal air deflector to eliminate rattles and have predrilled mounting holes for an easy installation.
Note:The Ford original Mustang Heater Plenums were made from a pressed board that deteriorated and warp when exposed to liquid. They are also often torn. Our plenum chambers go through injection molded process for a precise fit for all 1964-1966 Mustangs and 1967-1968 Cougar without A/C.
