All carbon fiber products are hand-crafted, Waves/Distortion in the weaves are commonly known when working with real carbon fiber and no two items will be identical due to the manufacturing process.
Heavy amounts of pressure placed on carbon fiber is known to cause damage to the item, Items damaged during installation will not be covered under warranty.

We appreciate your feedback on this item. After receiving the photos we requested, we immediately filed a claim with UPS and offered to ship a replacement; however, you indicated that your customer preferred not to receive one. We follow established policies and procedures for handling damaged shipments and have been in constant communication, providing updates as we receive them, most recently yesterday morning. The claim is still under investigation with UPS, and the damaged items and packaging must be held as required by their process. This item was an easy replacement install on my 2018 Ford Raptor. Made my raptor interior pop with that high quality shinny carbon fiber. Worth the upgrade.
